China's long term plan, should concern the world's economy. We are sleep walking into too much Chinese control.

I assume its US$. Its over inflated considering the price Chem China paid for the original Adama's share holding. The question is how does Sanonda shareholders get a return on their investment.

This is very disturbing. We are loosing the independence of these companies and will now form under one company with one direction . Talk about a monopoly in Ag Chem. This is not good for agriculture in general and certainly not for the USA.

Everything belongs to ChemChina. It is just a way to facilitate the approval of Syngenta acquisition.

Positively for both partners, It will even be reinforced when ChemChina will merge this generic company with the R&D based Syngenta. The only question isn't if but when.

very good for Sanonda/chemchina but quite marginal for Adama. The acquisition may solidify the "from china to the world" approach of Adama and lead to future local market growth (in china), but the Sanonda asset base is limited and would require significant investments in order to support global growth.

That shows that China would be the main agrochemical supplier globally and may result that agrochemical prices be determined by China.
